Positive Women Get Active Program The Positive Women Get Active Program is a 6 week series of 2 hour workshops. The first hour of the program will focus on specific topics of interest and benefit to the group such as
Motivation / goal setting Personal safety Stress management Nuturtion Body comfort
The second hour of the program allows the group to participate in an array of different types of exercise and physical activities such as pilates, self defence, yoga,aerobics etc.
