Positive Women Victoria conducts a member survey every two years.  This is done to ensure that we provide support services that meet your needs.  It is important that we ask you what those needs are and then compare this with the services we are providing. 

This survey will provide us with the information to ensure that we are assisting as many members as possible. This questionnaire is completely anonymous but if you would like feedback, please add your name to this survey. We encourage you to answer all questions, as we value your opinions.
